About Janice

I’m a Registered Nurse and certified coach with over three decades of experience supporting people through high-pressure, emotionally demanding seasons of life. Much of my career has been spent alongside healthcare professionals and caregivers — people who give deeply, often at the expense of themselves.

I know firsthand how easy it is to keep going, to stay strong, and to put your own needs last — until exhaustion, overwhelm, or burnout quietly set in.

My work as a coach is rooted in presence, compassion, and practicality. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with what truly matters. Together, we gently explore what’s feeling heavy, what’s no longer sustainable, and what small, meaningful shifts can help restore balance and energy.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or pushing through. I believe in listening — to your body, your values, and your inner wisdom — and creating changes that feel realistic, supportive, and aligned with your life as it is right now.

Whether you’re navigating burnout, caregiving responsibilities, or simply feeling stretched too thin, my intention is for you to feel seen, supported, and not alone.

Balance isn’t something we achieve once and for all — it’s something we practice, especially during life’s fullest seasons.
